Honesty Pays!



Honesty is an absolutely essential ingredient of character. If we live by the values of honesty and accept our challenges as what they really are, we can go far down the road of achievement.

When we act dishonestly, we cheat ourselves. If we are dishonest, we cannot hide it for too long, it will show up like a smoke. No matter your talents and contributions to the organization, your efforts can still be destroyed by dishonesty. Are you honest with the company’s paid hours of work? How honest are you with the company’s resources that are committed into your hands? You can be sure that dishonest people always get treated dishonestly.

Honest thinkers are large-minded while dishonest thinkers are small-minded. Dishonest people are so concerned about the gains of the moment that their vision of a great legacy for tomorrow becomes blurred. An honest workforce will always build legacy institution that last for so long but profits made by a dishonest workforce are soon eaten up by posterity few generations down the line.

Choose to be honest in your dealings. It’s a choice you have to make.

You will reach your zenith!
