LOVE YOUR JOB

Nowadays, so many people complain about the stress and troubles they go through at work, even after struggling so hard to get the Job. Work spares us from so many evils which boredom, vice and need are part of them.

Be thankful for the troubles of your job, for they provide you with about half if not all of your income. If it were not for the things that go wrong, the difficult people you have to deal with, the problems and unpleasantness of your working day, someone else could be found to handle your job for about half of what you are being paid. It takes intelligence, resourcefulness, patience, tact, and courage to meet the troubles of any job. That is why you hold your present job. And it may be the reason why you aren't holding down an even bigger one. If all of us would start to look for more challenges at work and learn to handle them cheerfully, with good judgement, as opportunities rather than irritations, we would find ourselves getting ahead at a surprising rate. For it is a fact that there are plenty of jobs waiting for men and women who aren't afraid of the troubles/challenges connected with them.

Even the Bible in Colossians 3:23-24 says "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving."


So start seeing every trouble/challenges at work as an opportunity to get ahead TODAY!!!
